Reentry Case Coordinator
Kelsey Pirnak serves as our Social Justice Organizer and Reentry Case Coordinator. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Women and Gender Studies from the University at Albany and a Masters of Social Work degree from Stony Brook University, where she focused her degree in policy and community organizing surrounding progressive criminal justice reform.
Kelsey experienced the impact of incarceration on a family member and now focuses her advocacy and social work with a trauma-informed care lense. She has extensive knowledge in community organizing and policy reform. Kelsey now works to create systematic and community change to empower those impacted by incarceration.
Kelsey enjoys hiking, traveling and cooking in her free time.
